We have stayed in many rental homes over the years from the Outer Banks to here in Florida. Nothing has compared to this house. The location is perfect. You can tell that there put extra thought and love put into this home. it just felt cozy and warm when we walked in the door. The house was super clean and we love the tropical vibe in the backyard which gives some shade from the crazy Florida Sun. The downstairs area outside is just so relaxing and very well thought out. We will be back for sure!!!

We cannot express enough how pleased we were! No details are missed! We’d give it a 10 star ⭐️ review, truly has exceeded our expectations! Tamie was amazing and responded to any questions immediately. We honestly have stayed at many different properties and this one has been the best yet! The home is clean, plenty of outdoor water equipment, several beach chairs, pool accessories, umbrellas & toys! One truly cannot ask for anything more. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes pots pans utensils everything we needed was plentiful and in great condition! The location is ideal about a block and a half away from the beach, no road to cross over either! We enjoyed the front porch view every morning with our coffee, you can see the ocean. The pool area was perfect too. Great size, the hot tub works great. The guys enjoyed the tv was viewable even from the pool. They spent lots of time down there with the bar top, corn hole, shaded area to sit and visit on the deck outdoor furniture! They also have plenty of beach towels and as anyone knows you can only fit so much on a plane. It was all a fantastic experience. They took great care of us. Clearly I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Please don’t hesitate to book this home.

We had a great stay here! We had 6 adults and 4 small children and everyone had plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements and own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Very quick walk to the beach! The pool and outdoor bar and seating were wonderful. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas all functioning well. Thank you for thinking of everything!

This rental house is a nicely decorated and furnished large home just steps from the beach. It has a floor plan that allows for a mix of family time and privacy with three en suite rooms, but also a large shared family room /kitchen / dinning room area to bring the family together. The garage is large and well stocked with ping pong, beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, floating toys etc. Also, there is a large under house covered patio living, eating and bar area next to a lovely pool that has partial shade during the day. We had a wonderful relaxing week here, splitting our time between several days at the beach and one whole day at the pool. We took nightly walks to the beach, which is only a couple houses down, to watch the sunset. The kitchen is well supplied, making it easy for us to cook meals on three nights. The house is well positioned toward the middle of the island so there are many of the best restaurants with in a 5-8 minute drive which we also enjoyed. We had a wonderful time here with our family and plan to book it again.
