Highly recommended Very nice house , perfect for anybody visiting the Sedona area ..House was very clean and had everything we needed.Great communication throughout the whole process.

The Views are amazing and the kids room was perfect for our bunch. They loved the fooze ball table and lizard hunting in backyard.

The views are amazing! Nice deck! Had a very peaceful stay. Would recommend.

The location and view were just as described. We were really looking forward to relaxing on the deck the first evening with the fire pit. There was only enough propane in the tanks to run the fire pit for 15 mins so that was cut short. The property management was able to deliver more propane for the next evening but we had plans that evening and didn’t have time to enjoy the deck. The listing does state that you access room 3 from room 2, but it wasn’t clear that room 2 is the primary bedroom (Wouldn’t room “1” be the primary bedroom) Well, this would be great if you have small children and want them off the primary but when your kids are 18 and 22, it makes it awkward for them to walk thru the primary bedroom to get in & out of their room. I marked 4 stars for cleanliness only because there were clothes and a towel on the ground on the other side of the deck. The house itself was clean but when you are out enjoying the morning sun on the deck and look over and see dirty clothes on the ground, it sorta puts a damper on things. Recommend that the property management team walk the exterior as well when they are flipping a between guests.
