We had an amazing stay. The Summit is installing new balcony railings. In this condo, we could access the balcony, but only about half of the balcony. The view from the 13th floor is outstanding. Jonathan made the addition of beach chairs absolutely perfect!

Beautiful sunset

Great vacation experience, we had everything we needed except for food and personal items not to mention right on the beach. Couldn't get much better. We will definitely be planning another stay in the near future.

Arrived to check in at 430pm after a 10 hour drive to a dirty condo. Had to wait over an hour for cleaners to get there and when they arrived they put the dirty comforter on the bed in the bedroom. They tried saying it wasn't the dirty one but when asked where the dirty one was they could not show me. They became very rude after that so we left to get something to eat. Came back to the condo after cleaning was done and didn't trust that our blankets were clean so we was going to wash them ourselves in the washer provided. Turns out it was so soured and had black nasty stuff caked around the door rim. Had to buy multiple cleaning products to try to fix it just so we could sleep. Dryer also doesn't stop spinning when the door is opened. Very dangerous for anyone traveling with little kids. Also had what looked like black mold in the bathroom. Didn't hear from the owner of the condo at all through the whole process (Still haven't 2 weeks later) and was offered NO compensation or another place to stay. Made multiple calls and just kept getting told to email/call someone else. The actual property The Summit was amazing everyone was nice and helpful as much as they could be and the beach view was nice. The condo has the potential to be a great place if someone put some love into it and made sure it was clean before arrival.
