We had a nice time. Location was great and the place was clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying here. They have all the conveniences for two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Directions for everything were clear. It's nice being on the 4th floor opposite the busy street. Minimal traffic noise during rush hour, but didn't disturb our sleep. Would stay here again.

The unit has a nice layout that is comfortable and spacious. This is a particularly good unit in terms of how it is situated in Trailside 45. It is a little quieter than some others because it doesn’t face the busiest area of road. It is at the end of a long hallway and not close to the elevator. The beds are comfortable. The management team, Coastal Stay, responded promptly to communications. A few things in the unit could use updating: shower curtain liners, towels, bed linens. Trailside 45 is great for cyclists because the trail is right outside the building. The building management (which I believe is not the same as the management for this unit) does not sufficiently cover trash collection. We were there for 2 weeks and the same thing happened by the end of both weekends: the outdoor trash and recycling bins were wide open and overflowing. Consequently, people put their trash and recycling on the ground outside of the bins. This is unsightly and unsanitary. I especially would not have wanted to have a unit anywhere near these bins. Same goes for the outdoor trash cans. It appears they have trash pick up once per week and it needs to be more often.

It's a perfect for short stays.
