The property was as described. The layout was excellent for our family to be able to cook, chat and watch the FIFA World Cup. :). Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. Would recommend and stay there again.

It was the perfect atmosphere for a mini family reunion! We had a group of 9 people coming from different parts of the country that wanted to experience ATL but didn't want to deal with the busyness of downtown ATL and the World Cup.We loved the set up of the house! The main area was an open layout with the kitchen, living room and dining area that allowed all of us to hang out in one area to chat, enjoy the World Cup games on TV and have the free space to socialize. The 2nd living room with the arcade game was perfect for the younger group to bond. Bedrooms were perfectly sized and beds were definitely comfortable. The property is located in a nice quiet street and neighborhood.Location was perfect and gave us multiple dining options. The Grove was very close and allowed our group multiple options for lunch/dinner and other entertainment options. The host was awesome and very welcoming. Excellent communication from start to finish. Check in was a breeze. They really put a lot of thought in the design of the house and the amenities they provided during our stay. They were the perfect host with the perfect home for our mini reunion. Thank you!We would definitely love to stay here again! We need to hit up Donut King. Highly recommend it to anyone with big family or group.

Clean and private. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms and clear check in and house directions. Heat was challenging to regulate -- downstairs cold and upstairs hot.
