First off, the communication between me and the owner was excellent. Maria responded quickly and listened to a given concern. This would also hold true when we were tapped with a second security deposit but given only one credit to negate the deposits. Marie worked with holding company to get our monies released.Property was in a very good location which afford us to easy access to main roads and travel throughout Dayton and surrounding towns. The house was clean and for us the important part was it has a very large area for our dog to run around. Upon arrival the grass was pretty high however without our prompting, we came back from town to see the grass had been trimmed and made the yard even more pleasant. The neighborhood itself offered an opportunity to walk our dog as well. There are sufficient resources around and to assist, the owner has compiled a book specific to the area with restaurants, places of interest, etc which helps if not familiar with area. I recommend you search out a local market called Dot's. More like an old fashioned food mart with some excellent pricing on meats, and other food items.If we return to this area, would enjoy coming back to this home.

One of my favorite stays so far! Everything was exactly as described and possibly even better! The home was very clean, up to date, well stocked, and just overall a comfortable environment.

We stayed four nights at this property and found it to be clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located for our Dayton visit. One of several unexpected highlight of the property is the securely fenced enormous private and well maintained rear yard which we found perfect for playing with our dog and visiting grandchildren. The fire pit is a nice touch but would benefit from a supply of kindling and firewood.Another unexpected positive we encounter was the ample supply of quality bath linens. Typically an amenity not liberally provided, we never wanted for a fresh towel.We note only the following minor shortcomings, all related to kitchen supplies: No hot pads to protect dinning surfaces from hot served foods. Limited kitchen surface disinfectant cleaners, kitchen wash cloths, kitchen towels. Beyond salt and pepper, no basic cooking spices. Limited simple leftover food storage supplies. No refuse recycling. Despite the minor shortcomings noted, my wife and I unhesitatingly give this Vrbo property a FIVE star rating and hope to stay again in the future.
