Our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 kids and fur baby stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful house which is close to everything.
Listing was accurate and communication was great. We liked everything at the house but the best part was the fenced yard and beautiful deck with steps to the yard.
We will recommend this to friends and family for sure and are already planning return early 2024.

My family and I needed a place near Sandy Springs for a medical procedure we were coming to Atlanta for. We originally booked a hotel but wanted to bring our two fur babies. I came across this listing about a week ago, if that before the trip. All interactions with the host were so smooth. Even on the day of travel, I received a message from the host wishing us safe travels. The neighborhood was so quiet. Also, most of the houses in the neighborhood had lovely Christmas decorations up! The house is exactly like all of the pictures. Very clean! The fur babies loved the fenced-in backyard. The added accessories such as shampoo, soap, and coffee were an added bonus. It was nice to have a laundry room available to us. We have bookmarked this house as we do travel to Atlanta so this will be our first choice when visiting. I'm also sharing this listing with friends and family. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect for what we needed. Fenced grassy backyard for our dog. Kitchen has brand new appliances and well stocked with basics.

Nice home - the only improvements I would suggest is to make more use of the backyard and “basement” - if it was my property I’d close the downstairs and make a game room with a pool - you could easily get more money/night and attract more family oriented guests - it was a great and welcome surprise to find the shower chair! Thank you!!!

Cute little house was perfect for me and the pups while I attended a conference in downtown Atlanta. Way access to the interstate. I was able to drive a short distance to the Marta and save $$ in parking and traffic aggravation. The pups had a yard to play in. The house had all the comforts of home...once I figured out how to make the AC a little warmer. Would stay again if I ever need a place in that area.

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament, which notoriously has us drive all over the city. This home was in the best possible location to be easy access to highways and our fields. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, walkable, easily accessible, nearby groceries, etc.
The home itself was cozy, well cleaned, and well appointed for a comfortable stay for our family of 4 plus a dog to spend the week. Ample dishes and cooking materials, more than adequate towels, blankets, pillows and laundry. The beds were super comfy, which is probably the most important thing! Lots of seating options. A beautiful deck and fenced in yard was perfect for both us and our pet. Inside we had access to both fans and heaters, should anyone need personal adjustments for their rooms.
Our host was so responsive, met every need or question promptly. Five stars all around! We would love to return on our next trip to Atlanta.

Close to the Battery, Galleria Center, Cumberland etc. Nice and clean. Great place to stay. There's even a fenced backyard for dogs.

We stayed in this home for a long weekend! It was so clean and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. It was also very close to downtown Atlanta and the Braves Stadium. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The yard was wonderful for our two dogs. Bathrooms and kitchens were nice, clean, and good appliances. The beds were comfortable and washing machine was easily accessible and good to use!
We loved everything about our stay and will definitely try to stay here again!

We had a family function at Marriott conference center. Most stayed there but our 2 couples had dogs and they could not stay there. We found this house they was dog friendly. Great deck and back yard. It worked great for us. Also good memories for one of the couples as they had grown up very close to this neighborhood. It is a very nice house, nicely renovated. I would recommend for anyone.

Stayed at this property with my husband and we had a great time. Kitchen is fully stocked if any desire to cook. Host had great communication. Easy to access property. Nice fenced in backyard. Quiet nice area. Not to far of a drive from stores/restaurants if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located and stocked with everything you could need. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup. Veronica was very prompt and check in/out was so easy.

This house is so convenient to the Braves stadium and downtown Atlanta. We had a great weekend and and so did our pups! The house was fully supplied and felt like home.

Great place, bathroom pictures don’t do it justice. Quiet neighborhood and updated nicely. Great back yard for the dog. Linens could use some updating and construction noise next door but overall would stay again.

The rental process was straightforward. The assigned code worked well and the home was very comfortable. I suggest that a clear sign with the address should be placed near mailbox. The gardener also could have come by after checkout at 11:00 am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fenced backyard was perfect for our puppies and for enjoying coffee on the back deck. Home was beautiful and very clean. Location was very convenient as well. Highly recommend.

Thank you Veronica for sharing your home with my family and I, we came in town for my sister in laws wedding not really knowing much about the area, however the home seemed like it was located central to where everything was and I was absolutely correct. It was wonderful. We were less than 10 minutes from each location we were supposed to be at during our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The only thing I will say is all the blankets, sheets and pillow cases as well as the couch had dog hair which it is a pretty friendly rental so some is to be expected, however we luckily had lint rollers with us because we did spend some time rolling all the bedding, other than that one little thing everything was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again!

This was a cute house in a very convenient location. Couple problems with bugs. Overall good experience and nice big yard for the dogs.

Very nice, spacious for what we needed and everything that we needed to cook with what in the home. We had out of town guest that I haven't seen in a very long time and they had so much fun here. Overall great place and location.
