Stayed at my first Tru a couple of years ago and it is now my go to hotel. Love the atmosphere and style. Rooms are always modern and comfortable. Great value too

The receptionist were all amazing! Jordan, Brianna and another beautiful young lady I forget her name. The GM Isha was also very nice. Overall besides a minor situation my stay was great!

The breakfast and ammenities in the lobby were great. In the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower. However, the lack of drawer space and closet for a three day stay was uncomfortable. The desk was small and a mirror above it would have been helpful with more than one guest in the room. We could have used a second chair also. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good each morning. The only thing I did not care for was there were no drawers in the room. There was not ample room for hanging clothes up.

Called the front desk to request 2 additional pillows. I was told they would try to locate them and would call me back, either way. Never received a call back or the pillows I requested.

I booked the hotel room through hotels.com for a two queen bed handicapped accessible room. I then called the front desk of the hotel, the actual hotel number and confirmed that booking with the person standing behind the desk on the evening that I called.
When I checked in and got to my room, the reservation had been changed from two queen beds to two double beds.
Could you please explain to me how I'm supposed to book a room and even call to confirm that my reservation was correct and then have the room changed?
Not to mention the double bedroom should have been cheaper than the queen bedroom. So you are stealing money by overcharging me for the wrong reservation.

New and clean! Security very important to them! But main thing I can say is the people were the kindest and most generous of any place I ever stayed. I had a flat tire and AAA was taking a long time. I drove in for a funeral and was trying to change the tire myself. The front desk woman saw me and got another worker and the maintenance guy to change it for me! She also brought us water and snacks while we were waiting!! Amazing people!

The TRU staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was very clean and had some unusual amenities such as: pool table, fire pit, and checkers. The facility felt safe with the lock down feature to gain entry to the facility or to use the elevators. We’ll stay there again in the future.

Small and no frills hotel.., simple breakfast in te morning . Quiet , convenient to shopping..

The hotel uses dispensable bottles for soap, shampoo, etc but they're not kept updated, so within our single night stay there wasn't any shampoo and the hand soap ran out nearly immediately. There are no issues in the room, so you have to use toilet paper to blow your nose. No coffee maker means heading down to the lobby for anything hot to drink.

King room was a bit small and I would have liked more electric outlets as well as more horizontal surface space for luggage, but staff was welcoming and condition of property was good as I understand the property is fairly new. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot. Nice gathering space on main floor with 24x7 coffee.

The weekend was great. Hotel was conveniently located. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the courteous concierge service. Would like to see more drawer space (there was none). Also, would have appreciated one cleaning on Saturday. We got nothing. Plenty of towels, though. Overall, good stay. Very comfortable

I enjoyed my stay. All of the staff i encountered were polite and helpful. The main lobby area is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were good, love the walk in showers. The elevator buttons were a little iffy, but otherwise would stay there again for sure. Close to a shopping center with a grocery store and plenty of food and shoppi g.
