Nearly zero interaction with staff. With online checkin not working, a person came out to assist. Laundry facilities were a bit pricey but very needed and easy.

Super concept! Everything worked well and was clean. Especially we appreciated the opportunity to heat up food with the microwave as well as the provided plates and cutlery in the common area. There are also some board games and a ping pong table.
The room was very modern and spacious. We used the early check-in and the luggage storage. Everything very uncomplicated.
Can 100% recommend!

Great hotel for a low cost. You check in and check out yourself, so I didn't have any interactions with staff. Room was a good size, especially for Europe. Hotel room was clean and you can control the room temp. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. It's also near parks and a botanical garden. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.
