Location, clean. Affordable , good communication with owner
You have to charge machine everyday for electricity. They do replace it daily and communication with owner is excellent

"The location was excellent, close to all amenities, bars, and restaurants the best neighborhood in Cologne."
The room had a power generator never seen anything like it in my life. The shower had no curtain or screen, so water got everywhere when you washed. The mirror had exposed wires in plain view, a real risk of getting electrocuted. And there was a big hole in the wall, they could at least have put a small wardrobe in front to cover it.
