Location was perfect! Porch was great!
No stove. I was hoping to cook breakfast every morning and spend time on the porch but we had to go out every morning to eat. That was my only complaint

Was very nice. Good size for my husband and i and our 16 and 6 year old kids. Beds are not bad.
My only complaint would be the Mini split was very noisy. But didn’t bother us too much as we were only there to sleep and we are people who sleep with a fan for noise.

The place was clean and convenient to all we wanted to do.
HVAC (2) was loud and not sufficient to cooling area. So loud couldn’t even hear a thunderstorm or construction outside and tv had to be turned rediculously high to watch. When questioned was told normal and was 1st on list to be replaced when could afford to do so.
(No offer of partial refund or credit either)
Beware If coming for R&R I would recommend some place else.
Definitely won’t be returning

"It was perfect for the 4 of us. It was also centrally located. We will definitely look to stay there again the next time we are in Pidgeon Forge."
