I like the fact that it is secure and security operates 24hours.
The place was not too clean. Spider webs were behind fridge, on top of the ceilings and there were cockroaches. 🤮

It was a good value for money
There was a water shortage in the area but the property had reserved water which was good

Color combination inside the house, closer to airport and not far from Nasrec Expo Center and most of the shopping malls ,hot water
Too much noise ,shortage of cooking utensils, unavailable toilet bin, towels and toilet papers ,our room was not cleaned since we checked in until check out,we found some stuff that didn’t belong to us (flip flops) so that raised my doubts about your general cleaning schedule
