Cosy cottage a short walk to everything , need were extremely comfortable

The location is really close to the beach, great when you have kids and no need to finding alternative parking. The cottage is so homely and has everything you need. The residents which share the same courtyard are lovely, as is the host. Very responsive and was always on hand for extra info if needed. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was very helpful. The facilities were well equipped. The TV had every channel you could want. The shower was invigorating . I was hoping to have a soak in the bath as we don't have one, but the weather was too for that unfortunately. The beds were super comfy. It was lovely and cool downstairs with the stone floor. A cosy place to come back to at the end of a day out.
I didn't like that the garden was shared. wouldn't have chosen the property if I'd have known. Downstairs is a little on the dark side, it could do with brighter lights. The stairs are steep. If you have mobility issues you could find this a hazard. Night time was very noisy. The pub on the corner was very noisy and neighbours were also noisy. Not to mention the seagulls that never shut up from 4am. All of this might not have been too noticeable if we didn't have to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Even though the lovely little road where the houses are is well kept, you're just around the corner from the rougher part of Morecambes nightlife.
