Location
I had no extra Blanckets it was cold and when I used the Aircon to keep my room warm,it was switched off on the DB box. There’s a group of guests which seemed to be a family that made a whole lot of noise since they arrived not bearing in mind that there are other guests and they kept on attempting to open my door a couple of times I don’t know why!!!Otherwise the Staf members are perfect!
