Excellent location with fabulous rooftop pools! Loved watching the moon from the pool glistening on the ocean. Thank you to Iris for being so helpful and organising a tour for us to Ba Na Hills! We really appreciated your help.

Location was excellent! Sunrise beach views were the perfect way to start the day. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. The spa services were excellent, I had a couple of fabulous massages here.
The staff seemed quite mistrusting. There was no ability to put food and services on the room, and the one time I forgot my afternoon tea slip, they took a while to verify before letting me in. Slightly odd!

The whole place is run shipshape and is great.
Locations is fantastic
Only issue is that it tends to be overcrowded with guests every time we stay
That is tends to be overcrowded (good for business but not us) which regrettably does mean a lot, and I mean alot of time waiting for the elevators

Do you know that feeling when you go somewhere and see all the other nice hotels and wished you had book with them? We didn t feel it this time. Because this was THE HOTEL. The best looking building on the shore of Da Nang, the best views from the infinity and city pool, such a great staff, a delicious breakfast every morning and a twist of modern and exoting light in every corner of the building. Already booking the next stay here. See you soon, M hotel!
