James and Amber were amazing hosts, they provided helpful information about the apartment itself and also different hot spots to visit in Venice! Very accommodating and seamless experience from start to finish. The apartment was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved sitting out on the terrace at night time and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet but still within easy walking distance to all the main attractions! Would definitely recommend and we will be sure to book again when we return to Venice!

It's a nice, recently renovated apartment in a peaceful location with good facilities. Nice to have the little outside balcony to sit on (that was why I chose it), and the apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great if - like me - you want to have everything accessible without being in the busiest part of the tourist areas. The quality of information provided by James prior to arrival was absolutely excellent - directions, key collection and suggestions for restaurants and bars. We would happily stay there again.

It's compact - perfect for two, I'm not sure more guests would be so easy in the space. What was a really good experience could have been even better with the odd extra thought - for example by making sure there's tea, coffee and milk on arrival as a minimum, as well as the water in the fridge. But I'm splitting hairs - it's a really good place to stay.
