Lovely terraced house about 3 miles from the NEC so very convenient for our pickleball tournament. Very clean, well kept, nice decor, enough cutlery and kitchen utensils etc. Lovely big ensuite bedroom at the top, the other 2 much smaller but fine. Outdoor space at the back though a bit tatty.
It was very hot in the bedrooms ( the weather was hot while we were there). Fans would have been useful ( where there is enough space).
