The location was excellent, and the apartment was cozy and spacious for two people. It had everything you need. A lot of interesting restaurants, cafes, shops are nearby. And many public transport connections available. We enjoyed the laundry facilities on 10th floor. Good AC with a heating function that was important for the colder nights of September :)
The apartment is so loud that it feels like you sleep on the street. Thank god we both had earplugs, otherwise with the way Argentines drive (all the honking and accelerating), we would get no sleep.

The property is in a great location in Palermo Soho. Loads of restaraunts and shops in this area, would definitely stay here again. It’s a very big apartment with a small kitchenette and lovely views of Palermo Soho
The bed is not that comfortable and a bit small. The sofa didn’t seem clean, the floor was also not very clean. There was a very odd smell from the second bathroom. However it wasn’t a major bother for a few nights

Very good location.
Noisy building. They should invest in sound-conceiling devices to avoid noise in the apartments facing the main avenue.
