We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and located in a great area — close to public transport and only about 15–20 minutes’ walk from Ayia Napa city center and all the main attractions. It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathtub looked quite old and worn out, and the frying pans in the kitchen were so scratched that we couldn’t use them, which was disappointing since the kitchen was otherwise well equipped. Also, some of the walls were a bit dirty, especially in the corners — a fresh coat of paint would definitely make the place look much better. Additionally, the area can get quite noisy at night, and the apartment doesn’t have soundproof windows, so it can be difficult to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.

I had an amazing stay at Sunset Pearl in Ayia Napa! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from all the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.
A special thank you to Mario, the host, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to contact whenever I needed anything, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I’d highly recommend Sunset Pearl to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and would definitely stay here again!
