great host, very welcoming and pleasant,
Nearby tech guy, who fixed any issue on the same day
The pool is amazing
All the facilities and accessories are more than enough
cleaning day in the middle was a nice touch
comfy beds.
It feels that for the main living room, the air conditioning was not designed properly, and it is not cooling enough during midday when it is very hot.
The single bedroom is quite small for an adult, more fit for a child.

The view, the calm. Peaceful surroundings.

Martina met us on arrival, was easy to contact via WhatsApp. Washing machine very handy for a family of 4 & supermarkets very close by. Also near to noto & syracuse. air con in one of the upstairs bedrooms was leaking water on the floor but we were only the third people to stay so normal teething issues. Heated infinity pool was a blessing on hot days & the home was beautiful in terms of interior design. Our kids loved it & we’d happily stay again
Other than the kitchen needing a cheese grater everything was good!
