We were comfortable Ricky was helpful. I think I lost a medication holder I believe.

Great communication and location was perfect. Had some AC issues and 2nd bed was more a double vs queen but otherwise a cute place.

Loved the location, view, and air conditioning; however, the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Blankets and the couch were dirty/stained, and the bathroom ceiling was missing a tile. I will say the communication was terrific. They responded promptly to the issues at hand.

The property is in a great location and the shared living area and balcony area are lovely. We had a few things that weren't all that great - some of which are uncontrollable, and I get that. The noise from cars racing down the main street (a block away) was really bad in the main bedroom. This went on until early morning. The rooms are really small, which I'm fine with because it's just for sleeping but we didn't have room for our luggage in the main bedroom so we had to leave them in the living room. Not a big deal but inconvenient. Lastly, there are a ridiculous number of remotes to control fans and lights and some of the remotes were controlling multiple units so we ended up with situation where turning on the light in the back room turned it on in the main room - and there was no way to turn it off without the remote. The second night, the light turned on randomly and when we tried to turn it off, it kept coming back on so it could be that there is yet another remote on the same frequency. They need to program all the remotes on different frequencies and make sure to label them. Again, not a huge deal, but it did disrupt our sleep on both nights so just not ideal.
