🏕️ THE FARMHOUSE
The space is perfectly designed for a romantic weekend away, a friends retreat or a relaxing family vacation! The living room has comfortable seating, a huge flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace and large windows that overlook the beautiful property. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The farmhouse has three bedrooms -- and also includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living room. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a soaker tub and one with a shower/tub combo.
Outside, you`ll love spending time in the private space enjoying the fresh air. There is a dining area and extra seating as well as a large firepit area in the privacy of your yard. The front yard is semi-private as well and includes a tire swing and lots of open space to enjoy. It is a great place to relax after a long day of adventure. There is also seating on the front porch to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

You can also take a picnic outside and eat at the outdoor patio table.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable from April 1st to October 1st.
* Firewood is not provided but is available at most stores in the area.
* The house is located on a large property spanning over 50+ acres. There are a few other rentals on the property and each share the same driveway.
* We do provide pest control at the property. However, it is located in a wooded area surrounded by many types of wildlife. This includes bugs and insects such as flies, mosquitoes, ladybugs, stinkbugs, bees, etc. We do not offer refunds for bugs being onsite.
* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Came for the nascar races at the Super speedway. We really enjoyed our time on the farm. Very convenient to everything. Very quiet and relaxing. The dogs loved the very large yard. We were very thrilled with our choice and we will be back! Maybe we will try out the little tree house next time! It was so cute!Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

We had a wonderful time at the Farm! Overall it was clean. Large yard and places to take our dogs for walks. Very large living area. Kitchen had most items could use some newer pans but had a nice coffee bar, with toaster and air fryer.

The property is very cute by appearances, but is not a peaceful as we would have liked since other rentals are on this property and they have workers come and go. If only staying overnight or a weekend and not cooking the property is nice, but if planning to stay and cook it lacks some basics. The listing shows a mixer and says plenty of appliances but there was no mixer, no blender, no serving dishes and only a few worn out pots and pans to cook with. I sent a text to the host saying I would not leave this on the review, but since the host has not acknowledged my text saying if they would address these issues I have decided to let other future guest know. While we were there we also noticed some type of critters in the craw space and attic running around and chewing so be prepared to be serenaded especially at night. There were other small issues as well like a cracked window and maintenance issues and I would have hoped the host would have responded to me since when we arrived 2 hrs early they were very responsive in letting us go in ealry. However, since they haven't said if they will address these issues others should know before renting the property.
