Charming apartment with good faclities, linen, cutlery and kitchen material provided. Fold-out sofa was decent. Host was communicative and responded to email queries in a prompt manner. Airconditioning did not work during our stay; the host did try their best to troubleshoot this and offered a compensation for the inconvenience.
The location was good, near a metro however, the neighbourhood and street itself felt slightly unsafe/uncomfortable. Lots of yelling on the streets throughout the entire night every night (windows unfortunately had to be opened due to lack of air conditioning). But there were other families also staying in different apartments in the same building which made us feel comfortable. Just a shame the airconditioning did not work during our stay and the peak of a heatwave in Paris.
