Location and comfort, it has a washing machine and dryer
It took a while to figure things out how to enter the property, also has a lot of mosquitoes outside

Location was good
We could not do the check in at 13:30 even though on booking we requested for it or at least to let us know if possible or not

Great location to start our trip in Japan! It was a quiet neighbourhood and quiet place, and it allowed us to rest well after the long plane trip. Right in the middle of Gion which is a very beautiful place of Fukuoka, especially as we arrived for the Yamakasa Festival!
The room was simple but great, with good storage for the luggages, amenities, and a big bathroom with washing machine inside the room which is super convenient !!
The arrival process is a bit disconcerting through the tablet, but everything went smoothly and communication with the host was easy, even though from distance.

地點方便，離博多車站及祇園站都不會太遠，附近有全家及7-11補貨方便，有烘衣機
家庭房空間偏小，4人入住加上擺放行李箱，顯得擁擠
