Rien!

The location is super👍

It is very nice renovated old house. It is a very stylish 3 floored apartment. Unfortunately the stairs are pretty narrow which could be difficult for elderly. And the water goes down a bit slow in the sink. The top floor is hot.

This is a quirky house with some lovely art work. The location is excellent - literally a 2 minute walk and you're in the historic centre of Amboise. There's a lovely balcony off the lounge room and free parking right at the front of the house was easy (we were there in early July). The kitchen is small but very well equipped. There are two shower rooms - one off the main bedroom on the main floor and the other on the floor above, serving the other two bedrooms. Then there are two separate toilets - one on the main floor and the other on the floor above. The main living area is well ventilated in warmer weather if the windows and doors are open.

The air conditioning is provided by a portable air conditioner situated in the office area. In hot weather it is entirely insufficient to cool anything not the office area - the bedrooms and main living area do not benefit. One of the bedrooms on the upper level is opposite the shower room and has no door, thus it lacks privacy and ventilation.
