What we saw on the website was honestly not what we got. We thought we would be upstairs but we were at the bottom in a different building but we made the most of what we got. The parking was an issue but the dam made up for it all and the comfort of the family room. All I say is just post the actual pictures of the family room. We had a good time and the hostess and the staff was amazing

*There is an unpleasant smell throughout the property. * There are quite a few spiders. * The water supply keeps being shut off. The toilet, in particular, had no water last night, although the taps were working. * The shower door is broken and does not close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor when showering. * There is also a safety concern with the sliding door sheet/cover. It is hazardous I have almost fallen over it several times. * The outdoor table is also far too small. We couldn’t comfortably sit outside and dine because there isn’t enough space to put our drinks, snacks, or food on the table. A proper-sized outdoor dining table would make the outside area much more usable.
