This rundown building is near the beach.

Stay away from this place!!! It is a prison cell at the beach. The owner falsely advertised it as Amazing Beachfront condo. The truth is this rundown building is located near the beach but this condo faces the ugly wall. You have no view whatsoever and the lights have to be on all day long. He sold it to us as one bedroom unit the truth is that you have a bunk bed in the corner next to the restroom and washing mashing. You can rent actual one bedroom, beachfront units with balconies for less than this condo (in the same building). There is a tiny little pool hardly ever open, don’t be fooled by the old pictures of the building back in the days when they had pool on the first level. When we pointed out this shortcomings the owner completely ignored us. SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
