Friendly and helpful and comfortable.
Possibly a small stick vaccum cleaner.

It was fabulous, the very generous welcome pack was much appreciated, the only downside was the traffic as this is next to a road but it didn’t bother us too much. Also you have private parking which is great, The host is also very friendly.
Just the road,

We liked that the location was exactly right for us to explore Malvern. The cottage was of a high standard with a comfy bed, large bathroom and all the amenities you would need.
