Great location, lovely flat. If you want to have a convenient place to stay in the heard of Cheltenham this is a very good choice.
The third-party deposit company hounded me by text and email to provide my details. I was also not happy to find I had to pay extra for the 'service' of having my ID checked and paying a deposit. But overall it was a minor inconvenience compared to how good the place is to stay.
