Property was so nice, cozy, and very clean! The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Definitely a great place to stay before/after a flight.
The WiFi didn’t work very well.

Clean comfortable guest house with helpful staff
Not that close to Kilimanjaro airport- about 30mins by road. However, there are very few places to stay near the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport.
On the positive side, the evening delivery of hot water and milk for tea and coffee was a nice touch, and our early morning airport transfer was punctual.
Overall, the hotel is convenient for a one‑night stay before a flight, but service and guest experience could be improved.
When we arrived, no staff came to receive us, and we waited around 20 minutes before being shown to our room, which was still being cleaned. The property has very few activities, and the advertised fire pit was not available during our stay.
