We enjoyed our night there. It was well suited for our needs. David had some great local information in an organized book.

This is a great property. My parents, sister & I stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of room, parking is great, we liked the location - easy to walk to a lot of places yet it's not in the craziness of town. It was very clean. The owner is great and was very available & accommodating if we needed anything. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Dave was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had before we arrived. He also gave us a list of good restaurants and bars that we could check out. I was given his mums number (who lives next door) so she could let us in when we arrived. Checking out was easy as well.
The house was really lovely - really clean and contemporary - and a really great size for 6 adults. Didn't feel cramped at all (pictures don't do it justice!! Its really nice!!)
The house is about 20 mins walk from the centre and was easy to walk to - or it was a cheap taxi ride.
Would definitely stay in the house again and would recommend to other people staying in Bath.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there! :) Thanks!!
