Everything is clean and updated.

The Lazy Bear Lake House was exactly what we were(our Family)looking for in a little Summer getaway and get together with Family members for a my Sister's wedding at the Local Bear Lake Resort and Campground. The Hosts were very accommodating with an early check in as well as a late check out with early communication/request on our part. The Home had everything possible that we needed for a user friendly experience- Nothing was overlooked on their part. The Hosts seem to know what people need and want to be comfortable while on vacation. Cleanliness of the Home was super on every level- kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms- Plenty of comfortable, clean bedding is available. The top deck and lower level patio with the Hot tub were definitely a popular spot for us. Top deck over-looking the lake- comfortable chairs and couch- So nice for morning mediation and coffee, also afternoon-evening visits and cocktails Lots of outdoor recreational opportunities for guests with huge yard, Kayaks for the Lake, and yard games. Don't hesitate on this vacation rental- You will not be disappointed. Thanks again to the Hosts for making this an amazing long weekend vacation.

House was decorated wonderfully. Definitely turn key vacation house. Check in was easy. Everything exceeded my expectations as far as what was available for us to use in the house, outside, and definitely the hot tub was a huge bonus. Communication prior and throughout our stay was exceptional. Replies to any questions were answered almost immediately. This house/ property does not disappoint. Definitely will be back.

The entire stay was amazing!!
