3) Marilyn room ( 10 sq mt) with French bed 140x200 cm , little terrace , A/C , smart tv .
4) Le Petit : small service room with one single bed , smart tv , 1 window , NO A/C .
There is a large kitchen where you will find all essential crockery to cook your meals and Nespresso coffe machine . There is a second bathroom in the hallway .
The “world suite” has its own en-suite bathroom , while the other rooms have the other bathroom in the hallway .
The apartment is at the third floor without elevator , so it is not suited for people who have mobility problems.
The building is right on the corner of the Traffic limited zone , so to get in front of the building door you won’t need to enter the ZTL. The base rate is up to 4 people , if you will be more than 4 guests ( children are counted as adult ) there is an extra charge for each guest up to 7 people , so please take care of selecting the right number of guests in your party during reservation.
