Perfect location, nice neighborhood and less than 10 minutes driving from the beach! Great communication with the host. Not five stars because the property and furniture are quite old and would need a renovation. Price/quality just good

We LOVED our stay here!!!! The host and his family were extremely helpful, accessible, and great to talk with! Clean place to stay! Great neighborhood. Easy access to amenities. If we were to come back to California, this is the ONLY place we would stay!
Thank you to such a wonderful family, and thank you for an excellent experience!!!

My sons and I stayed here for a quick little vacation to Disneyland. I’m originally from the area and I love it here. The house was so quiet and comfortable. We all slept really well. I’d love to bring my daughters next time. We will definitely stay here again, thank you.

The place was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well as did the other appliances.
