So warm and welcoming with lovely hospitality touches that we don’t often see in other places. A wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful stay for our family! We had a wonderful time staying at the Valley Vue Cottage. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the house is stylish, comfortable, and incredibly well-appointed. There was plenty of room for our party to spread out, and having bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors made the layout particularly comfortable and private for everyone. The hosts left a wonderful selection of amenities, including a well-stocked fridge, and the brownies were an especially delicious touch! We will definitely continue to consider this location whenever we are in town for family reunions. It’s a fantastic place, and I’ve already recommended it to other family members visiting the area!

Everything was beautiful, awesome, neat clean.Consistent communication with the host. I would rent here again.

We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this is one of the best we have stayed in. It is like a five-star hotel with many extras. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It is nicely decorated. There are extra toiletries in case you forget something. The towels are nice and thick and soft. There are bird feeders on the deck and it is fun to watch the birds, chipmunks and squirrels. It is located on a mountainside with a nice area for walking and it is close to a lake. We really enjoyed the breakfast items (some homemade) and snacks that were provided. Spaghetti and sauce were also available for a meal. The homemade brownies were exceptional! The coffee and tea selections were also great. Bottled water was provided. We highly recommend this home if you are in the McConnellsburg area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
