Overall it was a great stay, home lacked kitchen and sufficient towels for our large group. Other than that it was excellent!

The house was beautiful, the kids enjoyed the community and the pool

The area and house worked out great for my family.

Great spaciousness for our needs. Terrific area close to pools/retreat club within walking distance. Host was very responsive to needs. Loved daily trash pick-up. One burner on stove not working. Home itself in need of good carpet/wall/deep clean. Very MINIMAL supplies on arrival (no salt/one paper towel roll/no laundry detergent/ limited towels, one tiny dish rag/etc). Plan to do shopping for essentials within first day or two of arrival. Pool temperature too cold for comfortable swimming even paying fee to heat to 82 degrees. "Hot" tub not really a HOT tub... unless they change their policy of only heating to 82 degrees. Overall for the price I felt it was a decent value for our large group of 19. I REALLY appreciated the host and understand he is a little STUCK as far as arrival supplies and pool heating, as apparently that is the house owners call. Thank you Stephen for hosting us.
