Just what we needed, but not for the crowd looking to speak above a whisper or play music outside. Quiet neighborhood. Close to essential stores. Spacious enough to spread out and come together. Suited our needs for a relaxing weekend. Not the house for having outside fun with music or carelessness with indoor items.
The kitchen could be stocked with some additional essentials. Limited to salt, pepper and EEVO. Some wear and tear to the college quality kitchen utensils. Limited to one cleaning bottle for a 5 bedroom house and 2 rolls of paper towels. Signs everywhere reminding you of the rules. No music outside, ever. Don’t stain towels. Threats of eviction outside, inside, and around the corner should any noise be made or music be played, at all.

The location is perfect and convenient to downtown Palm Springs, Aerial Tramway and shopping.
We really enjoyed our time over the Labor Day weekend with Family. I would definitely recommend Helios Vacation rentals.
