I had a great view of the ocean and the room was clean. The air conditioner worked great. It was in a good location.
The elevator was super small, the parking lot needed paving badly. The beds were hard and not that comfortable. Even though it was non smoking rooms, some jerk was smoking weed on the balcony and my air conditioner sucked it into our room on several occasions. It made the whole room stink and I get sick at the smell of it so we couldn't enjoy the balcony much either.

Ocean front rooms and pool. Convenient beach
Parking lot was full at night. Check out is too early (10:00)

I like how easy it was to walk from my room straight to the beach and how easy it was to park. I also like how convenient it was to text front desk versus having to walk to the front desk.
I did not like how hard the bed was and because I was on the 2nd floor, by the pools, I heard everything. Wish I was on a higher floor.
