The apartment is a short walk to the Levante beach and the bars and shops of the Rincoln area. It's well equipped with comfortable twin beds and a double sofabed if needed.
The lift was always available for getting to the 8th floor which is always a plus!
Noise from people leaving the nearby bars very late into the night. Noisy traffic during the day time particularly at the crossroads and traffic lights below the apartment.
The apartment block in front of ours was currently being refurbished so there was a certain amount of building noise too.
