Excellent location near the U-bahn so easy to access the old town centre. Staff were very obliging and the hotel covered all basic needs. This is not luxury but convenience at a good price. I'd return.
No complaints at all

Nice location to the oktoberfest. Good breakfast. A bit expensive due to the oktoberfest. Tea/coffee in the room. Nice bar and polite bartender.
We could not open the window and get fresh air. The aircon stoppede working at night, so it was very warm in the room.

Great central location & friendly staff.
Having a premier inn to go to munich was a bit strange but kind of felt like home.
There was a great happy hour in this hotel with huge savings.

We were allocated the wrong room on arrival and I had to argue abit to get the right room. My room was supposed to include a coffee machine, fridge etc and several other things. The receptionist said the kettle in my allocated room was the coffee machine lol! ... just why would you argue about it? Anyway they let us move in the end...

Location is very good. General modern building and nice lobby.
The air conditioning was useless, almost impossible to control, minimum temperature was 19 (controls didn't allow lower) - and even that didn't work well. Opening the window means a lot of noise. Room was small. No free water.
