Wonderful place. The bed is very very comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook amazing meals, which we did for the 3 days we stayed there. The owner personally checked us in and showed us around the house. There is a washer, iron with ironing board, and the location is superb, with lots of shops and groceries stores around. Bus station is very close as well, and this place is only 7 minutes drive from the main train station.
