We booked two rooms for this stay, and room 701 was great. The view of the park from the balcony was lovely, and the room was very functional with a kitchen and fast internet. Unlike the other room we had, this one didn't have any issues with bad smells. The TV worked perfectly, and the location is excellent since it is just a short 5 minute walk to the tram and bus in a very peaceful area. The host was also very helpful and responsive.

The bathroom is still quite cramped. There is a support beam in there as well, though it is positioned above the shower head so it feels a tiny bit more spacious than other rooms. It is still a very tight squeeze, especially for anyone tall.
