Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence

Really good selection of hot food

Tried to book room through hotel on Thurs and was told $270/night. Called a booking company and it was $170.

The manager, staff, and those who worked in the restraunt went out of their way to attend to our every need! The staff were the BEST I have ever experienced anywhere! Very accommodating and persistent to be friendly and courteous! The meals, and drink tickets were our very favorite! We are coming back next year for sure because of this!

I only thought more towels in the room the next day, and thought a better shampoo overall could be used by the hotel. It stunk to be quite honest. I am certainly glad I brought my own. But, my adult children and grandkids used their own to. It is thee worse smelling shampoo I have ever smelled in a hotel ever in my life. I could not believe how bad it smelled. Horrible. Just nasty. I would not use that on my own furbaby! Not even! He is 13 years old and precious. He deserves to smell better then that cheap junk. Lol. You asked. I answered. I have worked with charity's that use better stuff then what was in that shower. Yuck!

Very clean and modern

There’s nothing to report bad

It's a nice hotel don't get me wrong but there is fixes that would be nice

The rooms are all the same. All the same pictures in every rooms. Could be creative with that and mix it up. Here in Florence there's a lot you could do. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms/showers.
