Property itself is beautiful, clean and cosy. The space is perfect for a night stay. The shower facilities were great and the location is perfect. Having a free car park was bonus! The host was great and attentive. Had people around to help with any issues. The car park is great because it gives enough space and it felt secure. The building itself is great, has a lift and nice “garden” like areas. The room has nice French doors which meant air flow was nice within the room.
Unfortunately, at the start my stay the keypad didn’t work but the host sorted the problem straight away.
The fuse tripped in the bathroom, meaning I had to shower in the dark BUT this didn’t stop anything. Spoke to the host and the issue was rectified.

Spacious, bigger than expected, very clean and modern
The smell of weed coming from the other flats to the the flat you are staying in is very off putting while your watchjng tv, this potentially stops me booking again also the outside where to park and the corridor is very rough looking and gives a rough area feel, if I dint know Hemel we'll I wouldn't stay they're again

good location to the London circuit track where my partner had driving experience, modern apartment. Communication was good and instructions were given clear
Shame the apartment is a little run down, maybe from previous stays damage has occurred, the door and floor entering bathroom was quite smashed, plug socket and some minor things. Bed was quite hard. It was average stay and get what your paid for.
