We’ve stopped here before and love the place and the area. Accessible once you’re in the flat other than the balcony at the back. Off road parking is nice and plenty of it.
There are 2 steps to get into the property. Which is an issue with my wheelchair but I bring my own ramps with me to solve that. Slate on the drive is a bit awkward too accessibility wise but can be worked around.

The location is close to the centre of town but not in it so you’re in easy walking distance without the noise
The back seating area is a little overlooked by neighbours

Very high quality and comfortable. Wonderful position in Rhos on Sea. Magnificent views from the lounge etc.
Nothing.

Views incredible, loads of parking, comfort all round is good, tv is LCD, great location, good shower.
2 steps to get into the flat which I couldn’t tell from the pictures/description, not enough mugs
