It was big clean quiet and very nice

Great little home, perfect for our weekend at Manchester's Parklife festival. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy, and equipment like fans were available for the hot weather. Kitchen had good facilities and equipment, and TV was large and well equipped with modern streaming services. Check in and out process was slick and hosts were friendly and responded quickly to messages.

A small group of flies inside the home throughout the duration of the stay, however didn't cause any bother at night.

I had previously stayed at this property with a colleague, and the experience was very positive. The property is conveniently located with good access to local amenities, making it a practical and comfortable choice, which is why I chose to book it again. From my earlier stay, I found the property to be well-maintained, clean, and presented to a good standard. The facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi and convenient parking arrangements, contributed to a smooth and comfortable stay. The overall setup and attention to cleanliness were consistent with what is also reflected in other guest feedback. On this occasion, although I had completed the online check-in and paid the deposit, my plans changed due to work commitments. While we had expected to wait for the deposit process, the host responded promptly once informed, handled the matter professionally, and returned the deposit without issue. Although I was unable to stay this time, I am writing this review to highlight the host’s hospitality, clear communication, and fair dealing throughout. Based on both my previous experience and this interaction, I would confidently consider booking this property again in the future.

The property was nice and clean

The hostility we encountered at first.i was in a conference and I was being called severally by host asking me to do a lengthy registration of every single guest staying at the property. I was told to fill in all their details including proof of I.d otherwise my booking will be cancelled .I felt frustrated .my guest was calling me they have been denied access to get into the place I was distracted from the conference. I was trying to explain .it was a bad experience overall . The cleaners insulted my guest.she was so rude to them. These are people coming from a long travel tired and exhausted 😩 is it too much to be nice .but rather she choose to be very rude.
