Super clean and comfortable. All set up for long stays . Everything is thought of for comfort. Nice details in the apartment. Most of the staff is really helpful with Isaac especially helpful with his excellent English. Pool area is nice with great views of the city.
Location. The building is shoved smack bang in the middle of the rough part of town. Of course not the fault of the hotel, music blaring out on the street all night can be heard well in the apartments, so can’t really enjoy sitting on the balcony much. Which is a shame because otherwise I would have felt tempted to stay longer.

I liked the decor of the hotel, It was colorful and hip. The hotel feels like a New York boutique hotel. My room was spacious and had handmade local furniture that was beautiful. I liked being so close to Casco Viejo just two or three blocks away from Parque Ana. The hotel has environmentally concious deisng and lots of plants. There's a rooftop salt water pool and a comfortable work space if you are a digital nomad. Everything is meticulously designed even the dishware in the kitchenette is lovely handmade pottery. The front desk staff were just aamazing! So helpful and friendly. There is a grocery store steps from the hotel where you can buy just about anything you need so cheap!!!!
The only drawback is the location which is on the edge of Casco Viejo. You have to make sure you are not walking in the wrong direction at night into an area (Santa Ana) that is not very safe.. I never felt unsafe and was happy to mingle with "the peoples." I am from Washington, DC.

Toilette didn‘t had a window. The bedroom had only a window in to the hallway. It smelled in the whole apartment a little damp. No safe in the flat.
