Easy access to the departure check in areas at helsinki airport
There was A ten euro per hour early check in rate before 3 pm. Our international flight left at 630am so we checked out at 4 am. So considering that the room hire wasnt very flexible
We didnt opt for breakfast but did have dinner and a drink at the roof top bar which was nicer but more costly than having fast food at the terminal
There was self check in and out. The staff didnt make eye contact and were very unfriendly
That the front desk staff did not want to engage with customers. More flexibility with room booking hours would be an improvement

Nice location right at the airport. Breafast provided was delicious with wide variety of different foods and preferences.
Self service check in at a hotel. Why is there a reception with two receptionists chatting together and having fun, and at the same time a tired guest is supposed to check himself in.
If I ever visit this hotel again, I'll demand either: Discount of 10% if I do the check in myself, or the staf to do the check in for me.
They also should change the matresses. Nowadays they're way too firm for someone who is a side sleeper. Ouch!
