I had a lovely stay at Casa Scalzi. It feels more like a small house than a flat. Casa Scalzi is very tastefully furnished and it’s clear that a very talented interior designer was at work here. There’s a beautiful wooden floor throughout the flat. Everything looks very new, fresh and exceptionally well-maintained. Even the towels were of wonderful quality. You simply can’t help but feel at home in this flat! The landlord, Marco, was extremely helpful both before and throughout my stay, and communication was absolutely exemplary and prompt. Casa Scalzi is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood, and it’s really just a stone’s throw to the nearest metro station. The metro runs every few minutes, and the journey to Rome city centre takes just over 10 minutes. The flat is also very easy to reach from the airport by train without having to change lines. Just a few steps behind the building, there’s even a lovely market where you can buy wonderful fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, fish, meat and so on. I can really recommend this flat in the warmest terms and would love to stay there again on my next visit to Rome!

Nothing 🤗

Overall, we had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It is spacious, very tastefully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The flat is in a great location; the Vatican district is within walking distance, as is the city centre, which lies directly on the opposite bank of the Tiber. There are several restaurants, cafés and small supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

The flat was not perfectly clean, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It was not possible to let fresh air into the bathroom because the flyscreen before the window was very dirty and jammed. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom were clogged. The dishwasher has not at all cleaned the dishes properly so that this had to be redone by hand washing.

Mi è piaciuto Tutto, alloggio pulitissimo, spazi ampi, fresco, entrata funzionale per lasciare scarpe, cappellini, curato con elettrodomestici funzionali. Bagno finestrato. Eravamo in 4, dormito benissimo, silenzioso. Posizione super strategica in zona residenziale ed elegante. A/C, stendino utile e alcuni detersivi a disposizione: TOP.
