La casa era un encanto

It was very comfortable and felt at home once we arrived. I liked that we were able to wash our clothes, cook, and had all the necessary supplies. It was also well connected to bus stops, and we could get anywhere easily. The neighborhood was also very nice and calm. I would definitely come back!

The only thing was the air conditioner from the living room wasn’t working. However, the one in our room worked well so we didn’t mind that much.

Location is great. It’s a safe place to stay.

The owner is very nice but he is not looking after the flat. There is mold in the bathroom as the door handle of the window is broken and there is no fan installed for ventilation so it’s extremely hot in the bathroom. Looking at the status of the mold, the door handle has been broken for quite sometime. The water has been running in the toilet for 3 days - no plumber was called to fix the problem. You can’t use any of the cupboards or wardrobe as everything is full of personal belongings. Best not to use the washing machine. Having washed my clothes the door would not open for another day. Internet is very poor, the owner should get a better package for internet so it can actually be usable. If the owner invests little in the flat, it is actually a nice flat.
